2.2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Uploading Content
3.1. You may upload photos of yourself and your outfits (“Content”) to share with other users. By uploading Content, you affirm that you own the rights to the photos or have obtained the necessary permissions.
3.2. All Content must comply with our Content Guidelines (see Section 4). We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.
3.3. By uploading Content, you grant Awear a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content on the app and in promotional materials.

4. Content Guidelines
4.1. You agree not to upload any Content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or any form of adult content.

• Depicts violence, hate speech, or any content that is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.

• Contains illegal activities, drugs, alcohol, or any other inappropriate behavior.

• Infringes on the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other proprietary rights of others.

4.2. We have the right to remove or block any Content that violates these guidelines, and we reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

5. Privacy and Data Use
5.1. By using this app, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes any personal information, photos, and other data you provide while using the app.
5.2 You understand that any Content you upload may be viewed by other users of the app and may be shared within the app community.

6. User Conduct
6.1. You agree to use the app in a respectful and responsible manner. You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Use the app to stalk, harass, or harm another individual.

• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

• Attempt to interfere with the app’s operations, security, or functionality.

6.2. Reporting Content:
If you encounter content that violates our community guidelines, you have the option to report it. We take these reports seriously and carefully review them to ensure they align with our guidelines. If the reported content is found to be in violation, we may remove it or take further action, such as suspending the account responsible. Submitting false or malicious reports is prohibited and may result in consequences for the reporting user.

6.3. Blocking Users:
You have the ability to block other users if you wish to avoid seeing their content. When you block a user:

• Their profile, trips, and outfits will no longer be visible to you.

• They will not be notified that they have been blocked.
  Blocking ensures your experience remains personal and comfortable. This action does not affect the visibility of their content to other users.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to software, graphics, design, and text, are owned by or licensed to Awear. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

8. Termination and Suspension
8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the app or its users.
8.2. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile and ceasing all use of the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1. The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. In no event shall Awear, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of the app following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
